Biscuits and Gravy Bake
Ingredients (6 servings)
*12 oz refrigerated biscuit, 1 tube
*1/2 tsp salt
*1lb cooked sausage
*1/2 cup milk
*1 cup shredded cheese
*1/2 tsp pepper
*4 Tbsp butter
*4 Tbsp flour
*2 cups milk
*salt & pepper to taste
Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Set aside
In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, pepper, and salt. set aside.
For the gravy: melt the butter in a saucepan, over medium heat. Stir in the flour, sale, and pepper, and slowly add the 2 cups of milk.
Increase to med-hi heat, bring to simmer, and stir until thickened.
In a greased 9x13 glass dish, layer biscuits, sausage, cheese, egg mixture, and gravy.
Bake @350F until the eggs on the bottom are cooked.
