WisDOT DBE Loan Mobilization Program Announcement



As peak construction season will soon be here, we’re pleased to announce the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) has contracted with First American Capital Corp (FACC) and the American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Wisconsin (AICCW) to administer WisDOT’s DBE Loan Mobilization Program.

In summary, this program is designed to assist qualifying certified DBE firms in obtaining working capital loans to perform won transportation-related construction projects through this WisDOT loan guarantee program.

With our history of providing contract financing and experience working with DBE firms, this program fits well as an extension of our existing contractor credit services. With our industry experience, we’re confident we’ll bring a fresh approach to this previously underutilized program

by combining the capital with technical assistance to maximize the DBE firm’s profitability.
